2017 Shows

Reefer Madness

Directed by Karen Bombardier
Performances are Fri/Sat/Sun at 8:30pm
Starting June 16 through July 23

This R-Rated raucous musical comedy takes a tongue-in-cheek look at the hysteria that ensues when clean-cut kids fall prey to the dreaded “marihuana” during the 1930’s. The addictive and clever musical numbers range from Broadway-style show-stoppers to period swing tunes.

Shrew! A Jazz-Age Musical Romp

Directed by Beth Duggan
Performances are Fri/Sat/Sun at 8:00pm
Starting August 11 through September 17

An original adaptation begun by our late Artistic Director Bob Irvin and completed by Fair Oaks alumnus Jennifer Longo, our re-imagined version of Shakespeare’s The Taming of the Shrew is set in Paris of the 1930’s against the backdrop of competing fashion houses and swinging jazz melodies. Join us for this high-fashion tale of boy meets girl, directed by our new Artistic Director, Beth Duggan.
